It was my pleasure and it was realy nice to know faces standing behind some avatars ... and thanks a lot for the pictures (just do not recognize this grim and serious guy in my shirt) I did not forgot my camera but only battery so I have some pictures from my funy mobile only. by the way, Do you use Paris tap water for brewing tea? I had no time to check it before and I asked for buttled water with low minerals (but there was so many things to do and it was forgotten)?

Never, because Paris tap water has too much chlorine, very bad for tea.
I use only mineral bottle water, water called "Source des Pins" from Monoprix. This is a water with low mineral and a little alcaline.
But you can use also "Volvic", with more calcium and pH near 7 or "Mont Roucous" with very, very few minerals but little bit acid.
